Q. Are Bath Junkie products All Natural?

A.  Yes and No.  As with any product, Consumers should read labels carefully before use.Many of our products are all natural.  Several contain biodegradable ingredients, which are better for both our bodies and our planet.  SLS and parabens have been removed from most of our products.  FDA approved anti-microbial and organically and synthetically-derived ingredients, colorants and/or fragrances may be added during manufacturing or custom blending. 

 

Q.  Does Bath Junkie participate in Animal Testing of its products?

A.  No.  Bath Junkie does not conduct or condone animal testing.  Our products are cruelty free.

 

Q.  Do Bath Junkie products contain Animal By-products?

A.  Bath Junkie products are cruelty free. As with any product, please read ingredient labels carefully before use.  A by-product is something produced in the making of something else.  An ingredient commonly found in personal care products is Lanolin, a by-product extracted from lamb's wool. Nearly all of our products are free of animal by-products.  You can find the ingredient listings on the ingrdeient lables of the products or under "recipe" on the product pages of our website.

Q.  How can I find the recipe for my favorite Fragrance Blend?

A.  If you don’t have the name or recipe blend for your favorite smells; contact the store which originally created your signature scent, find a store link, or call our toll free, Special Order Hotline, 888-883-3183.  We will help you recreate your special scent.

 

Q.  Does Bath Junkie offer a Brochure or Catalog?

A.  Informational Brochures can be acquired at any Bath Junkie store.  Check out our find a store link.  The product pages at www.bathjunkie.com represent our web-catalog, and provide usage and ingredient information on select custom blended products.  Prices are valid for online purchases only.  Our stores offer our complete line of custom blended bath-body-home products, novelty items, pet products and spa accessories!  Contact the store nearest and dearest to you and ask Mix Masters for assistance with product selections and price information. If you need further assistance, please call our toll free, Special Order Hotline 888-883-3183.  Mix Masters are standing by!

 

Q.  How may I submit a Complaint regarding my PRODUCT or STORE EXPERIENCE?

A.  We turn lemons into lemonade.  For immediate assistance, contact management of the store you originally shopped at, see our  find a store link, or submit an Assistance Request email to info@bathjunkie.com.  Corporate Customer Service will carefully review your email and address it with the appropriate department or franchise store management as quickly as possible.  Please allow up to five business days for processing. 

 

Q.  How may I submit a Compliment?

A.  Applause IS necessary (and appreciated!).  For immediate assistance, contact the owner of the store you originally shopped at, see our find a store link. Once you are there you may you may use the links shown to email the store directly or, to let the world know, post a comment on Facebook or Twitter. Q.  Are your products Cruelty Free?

A.  Yes.  Bath Junkie does not conduct or condone animal testing.

 

Q.  How may I join a Customer Mailing List?

A.  Please contact the store nearest and dearest to you.  You can find your nearest store on Facebook and Twitter, or contact information for all stores can be found at our find a store link.  If you are not located near a store at all, submit an Assistance Request email to info@bathjunkie.com. Our Corporate Offices will send occasional special offers and news about new products.  We will not share or sell your contact information.

 

Q.  How may I request a Donation?

A.  Please contact management of the store located nearest your event, see our find a store link.  Our franchise stores have specific participation and contribution levels for community and/or charitable events.  Nonprofit and 501c organizations hosting events occurring within northwest Arkansas may submit a Donation Request by calling 479-444-0211 or writing Bath Junkie at P.O. Box 1204 in Fayetteville, AR 72702, or fax 479-444-7838.

 

Q.  Are your products Earth Friendly?

A.  Some of our products contain biodegradable ingredients, which are better for both our bodies and our planet.  Our Corporate Offices practice recycling and reusing of many materials in our day to day operations.  We offset our home office and corporately owned stores’ energy use with wind energy credits.  We’ve partnered with an environmentally conscious printing company and introduced Clean and Green programs to all stores in 2008. Q.  How old must you be to be Employed by Bath Junkie?

A.  Laws governing minimum age restrictions and/or requirements vary from state to state.  As with all businesses, our nationwide locations are to follow Federal and State mandated employment opportunity regulations.  An internet search of your D.O.L. will provide employment law specifications for your state.

 

Q.  How may I apply for Employment with Bath Junkie?

A.  Applications should be available, onsite, at all locations.  Many locations are individually owned and operated franchise stores.  Please contact the store you are interested in at our find a store link.

 

Q.  How can I find the name of my favorite Fragrance or Fragrance Blend?

Q.  How may I REDEEM or FILL my Fill’er Up gift bag or Bundle Bag tote?

A.  Fill'er Up or Bundled gift bags can only be redeemed at the original, point-of-purchase store.  This means your gifts should be filled up at the store where the gift bag was purchased.  The bags shall have a card attached, indicating the physical location of the store that will redeem (fill up) your gift bag. Customers in need of assistance redeeming a gift bag may call our toll free hotline, 888-883-3183, or submit an Assistance Request email to info@bathjunkie.com.  Corporate Customer Service will review your request in the order it is received and address it with the appropriate department or franchise store management as quickly as possible.  Please allow up to five business days for processing. 

 

Q.  When will a Franchise Store OPEN near me?

Q.  May I purchase Gift Cards?

A.  Yes, Gift Cards may be purchased at any Bath Junkie store, and may be redeemed at any Bath Junkie store.  They never expire and are never the wrong size! Contact your nearest store to let the gifting begin! find a store linkGift Cards can also be purchased (and redeemed) through our toll free, Special Order Hotline 888-883-3183. Gift Cards cannot be purchased or redeemed at our online store.

 

Q.  How are Gift Certificates REDEEMED?

A. Corporate gift certificates (lavender colored) display a serial number on the bottom, left corner and may be redeemed at any location until the end of their one year expiration date.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable at our online store.

Q.  What is the PRICE to book a Party at Bath Junkie?

A.  Call the store nearest you for information on their exciting party packs, or find your store on Facebook and check out their Party on! tab.  Many locations require a deposit fee.  Party pack pricing varies from location to location.  The opening price point is generally $25 - $35 per party pack and consists of two party-size products for custom blending.

Q.  What TYPE of Party and DECORATIONS may I bring to Bath Junkie?

Q.  How many PEOPLE may I invite to my Party at Bath Junkie?

A.  The more, the mixier!  Options vary from store to store, so call the store nearest and dearest to you, find a store link, or find your store on Facebook and check out their Party on! tab.  Generally, Customers may bring as many guests as they like*.  Party packs must be purchased for each guest wishing to participate in blending a party package.  Other guests may attend and enjoy sampling, partying and shopping!

Q.  How do I book the best Bath Junkie Party? (PARTY CHECKLIST)

Q.  May I Return a blended PRODUCT, or have a blended product Remade?

Q.  Does your company offer Refills in my empty product containers?

A.  Refills are strictly prohibited, in order to prevent quality control issues and cross contamination, as well as observance of health code regulations. Participating stores accept specific, used Bath Junkie containers from customers, and we promise to recycle all the containers we can.  Participating locations load points to your karma card, redeemable for prizes, each time you bring your used bath junkie containers in to be recycled!  our planet link

 

Q.  Does your company offer Recycling of my empty product containers?
