Some general information for your consideration:

  1. A $45.00 fee is required to process your application. This offsets the administrative costs involved in application review and guarantees your receipt of our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC)…more about that later.
  2. Target market: Bath Junkie is expanding into markets with 50,000 or more people. However, we will consider perfectly situated smaller locations.
  3. Franchise fee is $45,000.
  4. Currently, estimated initial investment ranges from $108,030 to $219,000. This includes the franchise fee, initial inventory, store build out, and the first three months of operating expenses (not including rent). You will need to secure adequate funding. In-house financing is not available though we can provide limited assistance with loan proposals.
  5. The minimum square footage requirement is 700 square feet. We prefer enclosed malls or tourist venues with high traffic.
  6. Bath Junkie collects a five percent (5%) monthly royalty of net sales (after sales tax).
  7. Bath Junkie collects a two percent (2%) monthly marketing fee of net sales (after sales tax).

Step 1 – “Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’,
let’s get the ball a rollin’….”

  1. Submit your application form via the internet (just hit “submit”).
  2. Go to the Financial Overview section of our website. Print it out, fill it out, and drop it in the mail (please do NOT e-mail) along with a check or money order for $45.00.

  3. You should receive a copy of our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) within ten days. This is the nuts and bolts of our franchise agreement. You have a ten day “cooling off” period, required by law, to review it. This means we are not able to call and badger you. HA!! Like we’d need to!! Though please feel free to contact us should any questions arise.
  4. If you decide you would like to pursue this opportunity into bath bubble oblivion, it is time for us to meet!

We know it can be crazy to take a day out of life so we try to make business short and sweet. Our business can be accomplished in one day. Fly in one afternoon and out the next morning!   6. It is important to bring to this interview proof of your funding. For example, if you’ve applied for a bank loan, we need a copy of your application.

We suggest that while this process is going on, you investigate the best possible location for YOUR new store. It needs to be a minimum 700 square feet. Please have a couple of locations in mind. HIGH TRAFFIC! HIGH TRAFFIC! HIGH TRAFFIC!

Step 2 – “Meeting of the Minds”

  1. At the interview our mutual ability to franchise will be determined. When we decide that we are made for each other, the franchise agreement is signed and your $5,000.00 down payment is due. This is deducted from the $45,000.00.

Step 3 – “Calm Before the STOREm”

  1. A member of our Franchise Development Team will schedule a visit to your location to approve the PERFECT spot for YOUR new Bath Junkie!
  2. Once the location is secured, the franchise agreement is filled out in its entirety and the remaining $40,000.00 is due. At this time, my friend, YOU are a BONAFIDE Bath Junkie, JUNKIE of the HIGHEST caliber!!

Step 4 – “The Afterbath”

We are there for you through every stage of the set-up of your new business. Each situation is different and will be handled individually.
