Product Guarantee
Due to the customized nature of our products, Bath Junkie does not extend money back refunds or exchanges with purchases made on the online store. Our mix-masters do their best to get your custom blended order specifications just right. If you have an order that needs extra special explanation, please place the order over the phone via our Speical Order Hotline 888-883-3183. We aim to please!
We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit time or for variations of product tint.
Order Placement
You choose from our three options:
1. Orders can be placed via our website using our secure online shopping cart 24 hours a day! Prices valid for online purchases only.
2. You may also place orders directly by calling our special order hotline 888-883-3183. HOURS: 10:00 am to 6 pm Monday - Saturday (CST)
3. Better yet, place an order with or visit your favorite Bath Junkie location! find a store link.
Payment Methods
Bathjunkie.com accepts credit card payments. We welcome Visa, Master Card and American Express.
SALES TAX
State, County and CIty Sales tax is applied to orders shipping to Arkansas, Florida, New Jersey and North Carolina.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Bath Junkie uses FedEx Home to ship all domestic residential orders. There is a flat shipping and handling fee of $9.00. We offer FREE FedEx Home delivery on orders over $100.00. FedEx Express is used for the overnight delivery option.
We cannot ship online orders to PO Boxes or APO. Please call the store nearest you, find a store link or call our toll free Special Order Hotline for assistance in shipping to PO Boxes or APO addresses 888-883-3183.
Shipment Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email alerting you of the status. This email will have the FedEX tracking information included.
Delivery Times
All orders ship FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Standard Overnight for next-business day afternoon delivery.

RUSH processing fee
Same day shipping is available for a rush fee of $20.00. The order must be placed via the Special Order Hotline 888-883-3183 by 1:00pm CST and will ship FedEx Home or FedEX Express the same day.
International Orders
International orders are NOT accepted online. Special arrangements are possible by calling our toll free special order hotline 888-883-3183.
If FEDEX does not deliver to your location, shipments via Postal Service (ie. Priority mail) is an option. USPS rates will apply. Please place your order by calling our special order hotline 888-883-3183.
Incorrect Address/Non Deliverable/Refused Shipments
Our customer service department will review any orders returned by the carrier in a timely manner. If you believe your order has been delayed, you may call our toll free number 888-883-3183 for assistance. If Bath Junkie has made an error; we will re-send the shipment to the correct address at no cost to you. If the purchaser provided incorrect shipping information, the purchaser will be responsible to pay the cost of reshipping.
Product Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! Due to the customization of your order we are unable to offer exchanges or money-back refunds for online purchases. If you have unique specifications for your order that are ot offered on line, please place your order on our toll free Special Order Hotline 888-883-3183 to discuss the details of your order.

We will only use your personal information for the purpose of filling your orders, offering monthly specials and enhancing your experience with our company. Bath Junkie values your privacy. Please read the following information about how we handle your information.
Our site does not force a customer to become a member in order to finalize an order. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address), unique identifiers, and financial information (such as their account or credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customers contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to secure payment for products or services purchased. Unique identifiers (such as usernames and passwords) are collected from Web site customers only if he/she wishes to provide such information. By providing this information the user is not required to reenter personal information on subsequent visits. Random account numbers are also assigned in our record system. Account numbers do not contain any information that links them to an individual or company.
Our online "tell a friend" feature asks visitors for contact information (such as their email address). We use this contact data from the visitor only to send the information the user wants to send about that individual and particular item. We do not send emails used with the "tell a friend" feature. We will never contact the recipient of the "tell a friend" feature. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary.
Customer Information
Bath Junkie does not sell or share customer information to others. Any information collected is used ONLY for internal statistic tracking purposes, and/or customer relations, and is never shared with other entities outside Bath Junkie unless required by law enforcement. Your name and other information are NOT collected unless you specifically provide it.
Bath Junkie does not send bulk e-mail messages, or 'Spam'. We only communicate with our current clients, current vendors, current business partners, insurance carriers or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients or business partners.
We will, on occasion, send all of our clients a group e-mail when special offers, price changes, software updates or important issues arise. If you believe you have received bulk e-mail from us; or have received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter. info@bathjunkie.com
All e-mail messages received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of Bath Junkie without your express permission, unless required by law enforcement.
If you do not wish to receive e-mail communications from us, please contact the Bath Junkie store where emails are originating from with your request for removal from their email list. We do not have an automated mail-list system, because we send all of our e-mails manually.
Public Forums
The site makes forums, message boards, and socila media sites available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Order origination occurs in secure system directories separate from site directories. Order transmission from our servers to our facility is secure and only transmits order details with no financial information. Payment is processed through an alternate secure method.
Legal
If at any time Bath Junkie is required by law or legal process to release any information; we will fully cooperate with legal authorities.
TRADEMARKS
The name “Bath Junkie” is a proprietary mark owned by Judy Zimmer. Any copying, reproduction, distribution or other usage of Bath Junkie images, text, format, design or other material on this site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission by Judy Zimmer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The US Food & Drug Administration has not evaluated statements and information concerning the products on this site. Please consult with your doctor prior to using any products on this site, if you have allergies or medical conditions.

Bath Junkie Enterprises or its affiliates or entities, makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the information, materials and products on this site. Prices are subject to change without notice. Although we are committed to maintaining the most accurate information; photos or graphic representations of products may not represent actual product packaging, color, or size.

PRODUCT COLORING
Bath Junkie offers custom tinting in select products. Be advised that due to color variations on computer monitors, the color you choose from your computer's monitor or screen may not reflect the actual tint you receive. All online purchases of customized products are final. Exchanges or refunds are not available.

Please note that some of our essential and perfume oils contain vanilla, which may cause the product to shift in color over a period of time. This is a natural reaction and does not affect the quality or usage of the product.
PRODUCT ALLERGIES
Since we use only highest quality ingredients; allergic reaction from our products is highly unlikely. Bath Junkie is not responsible for any allergies, reactions or medical conditions as a result of using our products. Detailed ingredient lists are available for each product on our website. Custom scented Bath Junkie products should not be used on the facial area unless specifically specified by the product description. Bath Junkie products are for external use only.
